What I do...

I'm an illustrator and graphic designer.

But the jobs I do most often are related to childrens book illustration.

 

How does it work? 

I work as a freelancer under Tentoo, an HR company in Belgium that provides solutions and expertise in the cultural and arts sector. 

This means that all the administration happens through them.

Because I work through them, everything regarding payment and administration will have to go according to their Terms and Conditions.

I would like to clarify that even though they take care of the administration, they do not have a say in the actual project. They will not receive any Manuscripts you send me or illustrations I send you.

For Authors, besides the fee I ask for the work I do, I also ask for a fair share of the royalties. This usually means 5% for the author, 5% for the illustrator and 90% for the publisher. If you are self publishing, you still have 95% of the royalties.

In return I can of course guarantee that all of the art you'll receive is 100% original and 100% mine.

I do not, and never will, use any form of AI or clip art. 

I am very much dedicated to any project I receive and will make sure to deliver any work to you in a timely manner.

Furthermore, I very much value quality in my artwork, as I am aware that any artwork that's published of mine will represent me as an artist.
